Established in 1999 in Sydney, with clients such as Australia’s largest insurer NRMA (now IAG) and the Anglican Church.
Simple rapidly expanded from 2001 onwards into new technology areas, and a broader client base including telco Unwired Australia, advertising agencies, State Transit NSW, other State Government offices. An opportunity was taken to build a marketing arm to develop the business, and this was commenced in 2002-03.
In 2004, simple successfully acquired numerous Blue-Chip clients including LendLease, Parliament of Victoria, Catholic Education, Colliers International, State Government in both NSW & Victoria, small Defence contracts and other firms throughout 3 Australian states.

Expanding further into aboutique services firm simple provided a full suite of custom Data Analysis & Reporting services across the East-Coast of Australia from it’s Collins St & William St Offices in Melbourne. Projects included:

These operations were primarily in Australia into 2007. Following the identification of unique global innovation opportunities in 2006, and research commenced privately in 2005, a new brand; 2THINKNOW; was launched.
Innovation & Global.
With the initial launch of Innovation Cities in April 2007, the 2THINKNOW brand became the dominant global brand. Following a successful launch of cities rankings, and numerous development trips, simple converted in 2007 from an Australian services business to an Intellectual-property-licensing business.
Simple Intellectual Property (IP) is currently used under license by2THINKNOW in it’s global operations; in the development of innovation models by 2thinknow. The Simple IP is retained by a third party & is available for license or purchase.
